세계 시간 변환이란?

각 도시는 협정세계시(UTC)를 기준으로 일정한 시차(오프셋)를 가집니다. 기준 도시의 시각을 UTC로 환산한 뒤, 대상 도시의 오프셋만큼 더하거나 빼면 해당 도시의 현재 시각을 알 수 있습니다.

계산 방법

UTC 시각 = 기준 시각 − 기준 도시 오프셋

대상 도시 시각 = UTC 시각 + 대상 도시 오프셋

이 계산기는 고정 표준시(UTC 오프셋)만 사용하며 서머타임(DST)은 반영하지 않습니다.

What is world time conversion?

Each city has a fixed offset from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Converting the reference time to UTC and then applying the target city's offset gives the current time in that city.

How it is calculated

UTC time = reference time − reference city offset

Target city time = UTC time + target city offset

This calculator uses fixed standard-time UTC offsets only and does not account for daylight saving time (DST).

How is world time calculated?
