제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 칼큐(이하 "사이트")가 제공하는 계산기 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 사이트와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)
- "서비스"란 사이트가 제공하는 급여·세금·날짜·단위변환·건강·부동산 등 각종 계산기와 텍스트·개발자·이미지 도구, 게임·테스트 도구 및 관련 콘텐츠를 말합니다.
- "이용자"란 본 약관에 따라 사이트가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 모든 방문자를 말합니다.
제3조 (서비스 내용)

또한 BMI·혈중알코올농도·출산예정일·배란일 등 건강 관련 계산과, 우울증 자가 점검(PHQ-9)·MBTI·정신연령·색맹 등 심리·인지 테스트 결과는 의학적 진단이나 전문 상담을 대체하지 않습니다. 건강·정신건강에 대한 판단이 필요할 때는 반드시 의사 등 전문가의 진료를 받으시기 바라며, 특히 혈중알코올농도 추정 결과만으로 운전 가능 여부를 판단해서는 안 됩니다. 심리 테스트는 재미와 자기 이해를 위한 참고 지표일 뿐 특정인의 성격·능력·상태를 단정하는 근거로 사용할 수 없습니다.
사이트는 계산 결과의 정확성·완전성·최신성을 보증하지 않으며, 이용자가 서비스를 신뢰하여 취한 조치나 그로 인해 발생한 어떠한 직접적·간접적 손해에 대해서도 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다. 또한 천재지변, 불가항력, 이용자의 귀책사유 또는 서비스 제공에 필요한 설비의 보수·점검·교체·고장 등으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제5조 (지식재산권)

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms aim to set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Calqu (the "Site") and users in relation to the use of the calculator services (the "Services") provided by the Site.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Services" means the various calculators provided by the Site — covering areas such as payroll, tax, dates, unit conversion, health and real estate — together with its text, developer and image tools, game and test tools, and related content.
- "User" means any visitor who uses the Services provided by the Site in accordance with these Terms.
Article 3 (Service Content)
The Site provides calculator, tool, game and test services that anyone may use free of charge without any sign-up process. Files, content or answers that users upload or enter in the image tools, developer tools, psychological tests and the like are not transmitted to or stored on any server and are processed solely within the user's browser. The Services are operated on an advertising-revenue basis, and the Site may add, change or discontinue all or part of the Services without prior notice.
Article 4 (Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability)
All tools and calculation results provided by the Site are for reference only and may differ from actual amounts or figures. For matters requiring professional or legal judgment — such as tax, payroll, real estate or legal issues — please always consult a relevant expert such as a licensed tax accountant, attorney or labor attorney, or the competent authority.
In addition, health-related calculations (BMI, blood alcohol content, due date, ovulation, etc.) and psychological or cognitive tests (depression self-check / PHQ-9, MBTI, mental age, color vision, etc.) are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or professional counseling. For any health or mental-health decision, please see a physician or qualified professional, and in particular never decide whether it is safe to drive based on a blood-alcohol estimate alone. Psychological tests are for entertainment and self-reflection only and may not be used as grounds to conclusively define anyone's personality, ability or condition.
The Site does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of results, and accepts no legal liability for any action a user takes in reliance on the Services or for any direct or indirect damage arising therefrom. The Site is also not liable for any service interruption due to force majeure, acts of God, causes attributable to the user, or the repair, inspection, replacement or failure of equipment necessary to provide the Services.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
Copyright and intellectual property rights in the content created by the Site (text, design, logos, program code, etc.) belong to the Site operator. Without the prior written consent of the Site operator, users may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise use such content, or allow third parties to do so.
Article 6 (Advertising & Affiliation)
The Site may post third-party advertising and affiliate links, such as Google AdSense, to operate the Services. For transactions, information provision and the like occurring on external sites reached through advertising or affiliate links, the policies of those external sites apply, and the Site accepts no responsibility for them.
Article 7 (Amendment of Terms)
The Site may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will announce any amendment in advance through the Site's notices or this page.
Article 8 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and shall in principle be brought before the competent court under applicable law.
