Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms aim to set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Calqu (the "Site") and users in relation to the use of the calculator services (the "Services") provided by the Site.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Services" means the various calculators and related content provided by the Site, covering areas such as payroll, tax, dates, unit conversion, health and real estate.
- "User" means any visitor who uses the Services provided by the Site in accordance with these Terms.
Article 3 (Service Content)
The Site provides calculator services that anyone may use free of charge without any sign-up process. The Services are operated on an advertising-revenue basis, and the Site may add, change or discontinue all or part of the Services without prior notice.

The Site does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of results, and accepts no legal liability for any action a user takes in reliance on the Services or for any direct or indirect damage arising therefrom. The Site is also not liable for any service interruption due to force majeure, acts of God, causes attributable to the user, or the repair, inspection, replacement or failure of equipment necessary to provide the Services.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
