음력 양력 변환기란?

양력(태양력)과 음력(태음태양력) 날짜를 서로 변환하는 도구입니다. 생일·제사·기념일이 음력 기준일 때 매년 양력으로 몇 월 며칠인지 확인하거나, 반대로 양력 날짜가 음력으로 몇 월 며칠인지 확인할 때 사용합니다. 윤달까지 정확히 반영해 계산합니다.

계산 방법

1900년부터 2100년까지 각 연도의 음력 월별 대·소(29일/30일)와 윤달 위치를 담은 표준 변환 테이블을 기준으로, 입력한 날짜의 누적 일수를 비교해 대응하는 음력(또는 양력) 날짜를 찾습니다.

음력은 태양년보다 짧아 약 3년마다 윤달(같은 달이 한 번 더 있는 달)이 생기며, 음력→양력 변환 시 해당 연도에 실제로 윤달이 있는 달인지 확인한 뒤에만 윤달로 계산합니다.

What is the Lunar–Solar Converter?

This tool converts dates between the solar (Gregorian) calendar and the lunar (lunisolar) calendar. Useful for finding the solar date of a birthday, ancestral rite, or anniversary that follows the lunar calendar each year, and vice versa — including leap months.

How it is calculated

Using a standard conversion table covering 1900–2100 (month lengths of 29/30 days and leap-month positions for each lunar year), the tool compares accumulated day counts to find the matching lunar (or solar) date.

Note: a leap month occurs roughly every 3 years because the lunar year is shorter than the solar year; it is only applied when the selected year actually has one at that month number.

What is the lunar calendar?
The lunar (lunisolar) calendar defines each month (about 29.5 days) by the moon's phase cycle and corrects the drift against the solar year with leap months. Holidays like Lunar New Year and Chuseok, as well as ancestral rite dates, are set by this calendar.
How are leap months handled?
Because the lunar year is shorter than the solar year, a leap month (the same month repeated) occurs roughly every 3 years. When converting lunar to solar, this tool only treats the month as a leap month if that year actually has one at that position and the leap-month checkbox is selected.
What date range can be converted?
Dates from solar 1900-01-31 (lunar 1900-01-01) to about 2100 can be converted. Out-of-range or non-existent dates trigger a guidance message.
Could the result be off by a day from the real lunar calendar?
Korea's official lunar calendar is published by the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute based on the new moon in KST.
