PDF Guide

Need to bundle several contracts or scans into one file? PDF merge joins them in whatever order you set, and PDF split does the reverse — pulling out specific pages or breaking every page into a separate file.

When an email attachment limit means a PDF has to shrink, PDF compress offers strong and safe modes to cut the size as much as you need, and PDF-image conversion either bundles scanned photos into one PDF or extracts PDF pages as JPG/PNG images.

All four tools process an uploaded PDF right on this screen without storing it on any server, so sensitive documents like contracts or certificates can be handled without worrying about a leak.

Starting a merge without deciding the page order first often means re-uploading everything just to remove one page later — jotting down the file list and order beforehand avoids the redo. Compression matters most for scan-heavy PDFs; a text-only document is often already small enough that even the strong mode won't shrink it much further. Bundling scanned photos into a PDF in the wrong order is a common slip — prefixing filenames with 01, 02 and so on before uploading keeps the sequence correct.
