Summary: Calqu (the "Site") runs on advertising so it can stay free, displaying third-party ads such as Google AdSense. 1. How Ads Are Served
The Site is free and funded solely by advertising, with no payments or subscriptions. To this end it displays ads through third-party advertising services such as Google AdSense. Ads appear in positions kept separate from the content (below results, between sections, in the side rail, etc.) and are placed so as not to disrupt your use of the tools.
The Site does not choose or control the individual ads shown. Which ads appear is decided automatically by ad providers such as Google based on your interests, context and similar signals.
2. Data Collected & Overseas Transfer
In the advertising and analytics process, third parties such as Google may collect identifying information via cookies and similar technologies, device/browser/IP and visit records, and advertising identifiers (Advertising ID). 3. Ads vs. Content
All ads are clearly distinguished from content with labels such as "Ad" or "Sponsored." Ads do not imply the Site's endorsement or recommendation, and the Site is not responsible for transactions, information or anything else arising on external sites reached through ads; those external sites are governed by their own policies.
4. Affiliate Marketing
The Site may in future display product or service links through affiliate programs such as Coupang Partners. If you purchase through such an affiliate link, the Site may receive a commission from the seller.
Where affiliate links are actually used, a paid-relationship disclosure will be shown alongside them in accordance with Korea's Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising and the Fair Trade Commission's endorsement guidelines — for example: "This page contains Coupang Partners links, for which a commission may be earned." Any affiliate commission does not affect the price you pay. The Site currently displays no affiliate links; this notice will be updated if that changes.

You can refuse or manage personalized advertising and cookies as follows.
- Opt out of Google personalized ads: decline personalized advertising on Google Ads Settings.
- Refuse or delete cookies: configure this under your browser's "Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies" menu. Note that some ads or features may then not display correctly.
Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland: a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) presents a consent message when you visit from those regions. It follows the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF); you can grant or refuse consent for the use of your data for advertising, and change your choice later.
