Summary: Calqu (the "Site") is a fully static website with no membership, login or server-side storage, and does not itself collect or store users' personal information. Calculator inputs, photos you load into the image tools, content you paste into the developer or text tools, and your test answers are all processed only within your browser and never transmitted externally. However, third parties such as Google may use cookies and advertising identifiers for advertising and analytics.
1. General Provisions
Calqu (the "Site") values users' personal information and strives to comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws. This policy explains the standards applied to the processing of personal information when you use the Site.
2. No Information Collected
The Site consists of static pages with no features that receive personal information, such as sign-up, login, message boards or payments. The Site operator does not separately collect, store or transmit users' names, contact details, calculator inputs or other data through any server. Figures you enter into a calculator (salary, date of birth, etc.) are computed solely within your browser and are not transmitted externally.
Likewise, photos and files you upload to the image tools (compress, edit, format-convert, EXIF viewer, watermark, etc.), content you paste into the developer or text tools (hash, encoder, JWT decoder, etc.), and your answers in the psychological or cognitive tests are all processed only within your browser (device) and are never transmitted to or stored on the Site's servers or anywhere external. For example, a photo you load into an image tool is not uploaded to a server — it is processed in the browser and disappears when you leave or refresh the page.
The Site may also store some information — such as your language and theme (dark mode) settings and your list of recently used tools — in your browser's local storage (localStorage) for convenience. This information is kept only on your device, is not transmitted to the Site's servers, and can be deleted at any time from your browser settings.
3. Third-Party Advertising & Analytics
To fund its operation, the Site may use advertising services such as Google AdSense and traffic-analytics services such as Google Analytics. In this process, the following information may be collected by third parties (such as Google).

- Service-usage records such as device information, browser type, access IP, and pages/times visited
- Identifiers for personalized advertising, such as an Advertising ID
Purpose of Collection
- Providing personalized advertising based on user interests

Overseas transfer: Third-party advertising and analytics providers such as Google operate servers abroad, so the above information may be processed and stored outside Korea, including in the United States. The items, timing, method and retention period of any such transfer follow each provider's privacy policy. You may opt out of personalized advertising and cookie use using the methods in Section 4 below.
4. Cookies and Your Choices
You may refuse or delete cookies through your web browser settings. However, if you refuse cookie storage, some advertising or service functions may not display correctly.

- Opting out of Google personalized ads: you can decline personalized advertising on the Google Ads Settings page (https://adssettings.google.com).
Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are shown a consent message delivered by a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP). From that message you can grant or refuse consent for the use of your data for advertising, and you can change your choice later. 5. Retention & Destruction
Because the Site operator does not itself collect or retain personal information, there is no separate retention period or destruction procedure. The retention period and destruction policy for information processed by third parties (such as Google) follow that service provider's policy.
6. Children's Personal Information
The Site does not separately collect personal information from children under the age of 14 and does not provide services directed at children.
7. Tool Disclaimer
All tools and results provided by the Site are for reference only and may differ from actual amounts or figures. For matters requiring professional or legal judgment — such as tax, payroll, real estate or legal issues — please always consult a relevant expert such as a licensed tax accountant, attorney or labor attorney, or the competent authority. In addition, health-related calculations (BMI, blood alcohol content, due date, etc.) and psychological or cognitive tests (depression self-check / PHQ-9, MBTI, mental age, etc.) are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or professional counseling; for any health or mental-health decision, please see a physician or qualified professional.
